Deaf and hard-of-hearing athletes play for regional softball championship in Dallas

Dallas Association of the Deaf (DAD) will host the 48th Men's and 41st Women's Annual Regional Slo-Pitch Softball Tournament under the banner of Southwest Softball Association of the Deaf (SWSAD). Twenty-two teams, from different states are competing in this year’s tournament. New to this year's  tournament are new mixed (coed) teams.

SWSAD holds outstanding sporting events for deaf and hard-of-hearing athletes. These events are so important to the youth in developing and continuing their sporting and competitive spirit.
